Remerch was born out of a shared passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact—founded by three individuals from very different walks of life, brought together by a common goal: to provide organisations, schools, and events with sustainable, high-quality merchandise that doesn’t cost the earth.

Our Founders

Rylee Lawler – Operations Visionary & Co-Founder
With years of experience in airline operations, Rylee understands the importance of efficiency, logistics, and customer service at scale. After witnessing the overwhelming amount of waste generated across large-scale operations, she became determined to be part of the solution. ReMerch allows her to channel her skills into a cause she’s deeply passionate about—delivering reusable, eco-conscious products that serve a practical purpose.

Tegan Crowhurst – Sustainability Advocate & Co-Founder
Tegan brings a unique perspective as both a childcare specialist and a devoted mum. Her day-to-day experience in early education showed her how vital it is to instill sustainable habits from a young age. Motivated by her children and a commitment to a greener future, Tegan saw ReMerch as a platform to promote sustainable choices across families, schools, and communities.

Jack Charewicz – Investor & Co-Founder
Jack is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Revibes Co., Australia’s leading reusable packaging company. With a background in renewable energy and sustainability-focused ventures, Jack brings extensive industry knowledge and a strategic vision for scalability and impact. ReMerch was a natural extension of his mission to reduce single-use waste, by offering beautifully branded, affordable reusable products tailored for organisations of all sizes.

Why We Started Remerch

We saw a gap in the market—too many promotional products were poorly made, wasteful, and forgotten after a single use. We wanted to change that.
